Compass Life Designs is a coaching and training company, offering personal and professional services to individuals and businesses. We provide a menu of structured developmental programs, designed to support our clients in creating rapid results in their lives, careers, and organizations.

We believe that every individual has the ability to create a high quality life. Our programs are designed to help each person we work with design and develop the circumstances they want to create in all areas of their personal and professional lives, awakening, strengthening, and unleashing their natural joy, strengths, creativity and passion in the process.

Compass was founded in 2001 by Kimberly Fulcher, who is a professional coach, author and speaker, with twelve years of experience in human development. Kimberly’s professional experience includes the co-founding and subsequent $ 38 million dollar sale of SkillsVillage Incorporated, and the successful management of a leading technology consulting firm, where she grew revenues from $3M to $25M during her four years of leadership.

Kimberly sits on the board of directors for The Silicon Valley Coach Federation, and actively supports non-profit organizations which benefit underprivileged women and primary education initiatives. She will publish her first book “Self Care For SuperWomen” in early 2004, and currently speaks to organizations throughout The United States.
