Dear Carol,
The absolute best form of marketing for small business operations is
a simple letter introducing your services sent to individual homes.
You should do this a little bit at a time as you can personally handle
it. In that letter, explain who you are and what you do, and any
benefits your business can give the recipient of your letter. Also,
include a magnet business card with your personal letter and ask the recipient
to place it on their refrigerator door so that they can have easy access
to your contact information.
Let the letter present the recipient with ways to use your services,
ideas etc. Give them your hours of operation, directions to your
business and any other personal information you think you would appreciate
if someone sent the same information to you.
The least expensive magnets can be purchased from Marilyn Butz at http://www.bizcardpro.com
and I have purchased them from her with great success in my marketing program.
Hope this helps,
